To install the theme via FTP, follow these steps:
Access your hosting space using an FTP client.
Unzip the medstore.zip file and extract the medstore folder.

medstore
Upload the extracted medstore folder to the wp-content > themes directory on your server.
wp-content > themes
In your WordPress Admin Panel, go to Appearance > Themes and activate the Medstore theme.
A notification will appear prompting you to install the required plugins. Follow the instructions to install and activate them.
