Create a new property

The administrator is authorized to create an unlimited number of properties, including their content. To initiate this process, they should access the "Properties" section within the dashboard and select the "Add New" option.

1. Title: Enter a new title for your property in the designated title field.

2. Description: Provide a detailed property description in the editor field.

3. Discussion: Choose the appropriate discussion options by checking the relevant boxes to specify the discussion type for the property.

4. Settings: Populate all the available options to ensure the best visual presentation for readers.

5. Property Types: Pick a property type from the commonly used property types. For example, you can categorize the property as an "apartment" or "bar."

6. Property Status: Select a property status from the frequently used options, such as "For Rent" or "For Sale."

7. Property Features: Choose property features from the commonly used feature list. For instance, you can include features like "Fire Alarm," "Gym," and "Home Theater."

8. Property Cities: Indicate the precise city where the property is located from the frequently listed property cities.

9. Neighborhood: Select the neighborhood from the commonly used neighborhoods.

10. Province/State: Specify the province or state where the property is situated from the commonly listed options.

11. Property Labels: Assign a property label from the frequently used labels, such as "Hot Offer" or "Sale."

12. Featured Image: Upload an image for the property using the Featured Image panel.

13. Publish: Click the "Publish" button to make the property listing live.
